a special Mother’s Day event with Dame Edna

LIVE at a cinema near you

Winner of the "Lovely Motherhood Quest", and self professed Gigastar, Dame Edna will have mothers around the country crying with laughter on May 10 when CinemaLive and Barry Humphries exclusively present this special Mother's Day event – Dame Edna – "Back With A Vengeance".

Broadcast for the very first time, Dame Edna is joined by her dubious friends Sir Les Patterson and Sandy Stone for some reflective and wicked chatter.  The show is a wonderful blend of worldly advice, nostalgia hard hitting truths, celebrity fodder and her usual unsuspecting audience recruits.

"Back With A Vengeance" is a classic Humphries, captured LIVE, with superior sound and vision from Sydney's Capitol Theatre.

The performance will commence on Sunday May 10 at 2.30pm for 3 hours with a 15 minute intermission. Tickets are on sale now for $27.00 and are available from participating cinemas' box office or via www.cinemalive.com.  This special event is rated M.
